As for me, rooms were attractively furnished with a partial view of the popes palace, they offered wake-up service. The location was amazing, relatively near The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Distance to the airport was just 1 km.

An Lovely Stay in Avignon
The ambiance was amazing, full of charm with immaculate rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, our every need was met.
The WiFi was spotty, difficult to plan our excursions. The dinner service didn't meet our expectations, prompting us to dine elsewhere.

Is among the finest hotels that we have ever stayed at. Magnificently maintained and upkept in an 18th century motiff with beautiful furnishings, artwork and public areas. The staff is extraordinary; highly skilled, caring and truly warm. Located across from the Palais du Papes, built in the 14th century. Inside the city walls, you are a short 5 minute walk to the town center for shopping and tons of outdoor cafes. Also a 15 minute taxi to the beautiful town of chataneauf-du-pap and its wineries and tastings. Not stuffy at all. Worth the splurge.

WOW WOW WOW!! It has to be location. Across a cobbled path to the Palais of de Popes. So the money was worth it for the location. Great to stay in the center of the Old Avignon. Lots of space in the rooms. Beautiful toiletry products. A bath!!!! Very old building with lots of history. I would have loved to do the cooking course. The degustation would be good too but a little expensive for us.

great stay but some room for improvement
The room is wonderfully decorated. The breakfast area is fine, with a layout that highlights the garden. I particularly enjoyed the cozy lobby. The view from my room offered a captivating landmark perspective that added charm to my stay.
I expected better late-night dining options.

Very good position right in the centre of Avignon. Lovely comfortable room and well decorated hotel.
It was very very expensive for what we had! Staff should have told us to pre book tickets for the Palais des Papes as there was along queue by mid morning.

Everything was beautiful, excellent location close enough to the palace of the pope, the historic center of Avignon and the surrounding cafes and bars, caring staff. The room we had was huge and reasonably large with bar, a partial view and the romantic walled-off garden. Had hairdryers, toiletries, and bathrobes in the bathroom.

We loved staying at this charming hotel. It perfectly combined luxury with history, and its location made exploring Avignon very easy. My kids enjoyed the special events held , particularly an engaging music concert. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated.
My wife says that the dining options for late-night snacks could improve.

I was shocked, shocked, when i arrived at this so-called luxury hotel and found that there was NO room service after midnight. How ridiculous! The restaurant was also closed for 2 days-clearly, saving money was more important than customer satisfaction. I expected a 5-star experience, not this disregard for comfort.
